Parking Places Act

Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Parking Places Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 1st September 2002.
Amendment of paragraph 3
2.  Paragraph 3 of the Parking Places (Housing and Development Board) Order 2000 (G.N. No. S 440/2000) (referred to in this Order as the principal Order) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “Parts I, II and IV” in the 3rd line of sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the words “Parts I and IV”;
(b)by deleting the words “$75 per month” in the 4th line of sub-paragraph (2) and substituting the words “$90 per month”; and
(c)by deleting the words “$55 per month” in the 4th line of sub-paragraph (3) and substituting the words “$65 per month”.
Deletion and substitution of paragraph 4
3.  Paragraph 4 of the principal Order is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:
“Charges for whole day or monthly parking coupons
4.  There shall be payable for the whole day or monthly parking coupons in the Forms set out in the first column the charges set out opposite thereto in the second column:
