Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2010
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 10th March 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Indian Version” in the first column of item 60 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — India Version”;
(b)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Indonesia Version” in the first column of item 63 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Indonesia Version”;
(c)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Malaysia Version” in the first column of item 64 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Malaysia Version”;
(d)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Philippines Version” in the first column of item 65 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Philippines Version”;
(e)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Thailand Version” in the first column of item 66 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Thailand Version”;
(f)by deleting the words “NNA Daily — Vietnam Version” in the first column of item 67 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Vietnam Version”;
(g)by deleting the words “NNA Singapore Pte Ltd” in the first column of item 68 and substituting the words “The Daily NNA — Singapore Version”; and
(h)by inserting, immediately after item 150, the following item:
