(Prescribed Superannuation Schemes)
(Amendment) Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Pension Fund Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  These Regulations may be cited as the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall, with the exception of regulation 2(c), be deemed to have come into operation on 1st February 2013.
(2)  Regulation 2(c) shall come into operation on 31st May 2013.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Pension Fund (Prescribed Superannuation Schemes) Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —
(a)by deleting item 13 and substituting the following item:
“
13.MINDEF Manpower Directive No. (401) 7/98
 
Voluntary early release from pensionable service.
”;
(b)by deleting the words “and dental” in item 14 under the heading “Subject”;
(c)by deleting item 15;
(d)by deleting item 16 and substituting the following item:
“
16.MINDEF Manpower Directive 1/93
 
Improvement to the Permanent Full CPF Scheme for uniformed personnel.
”; and
(e)by inserting, immediately after item 21, the following item:
“
22.MINDEF Manpower Directive No. (404) 04/2001(A)
 
SAF dental benefits.
”.
