(Personnel Boards and Appeals Board)
(Amendment) Regulations 2013
In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2013 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st July 2013.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
