Town Council of Tampines (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 24(2)(c) of the Town Councils Act, the Town Council for the Town of Tampines hereby makes the following By-laws:
Citation and commencement
1.  These By-laws may be cited as the Town Council of Tampines (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) (Amendment) By-laws 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st April 2004.
Deletion and substitution of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Town Council of Tampines (Penalties for Late Payment of Conservancy and Service Charges) By-laws (By 14) is deleted and the following Schedule substituted therefor:
