Interpretation (Massage Establishments Act — Fee for Application for Approval of Employee)
Order 2006

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Interpretation Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Interpretation (Massage Establishments Act — Fee for Application for Approval of Employee) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 26th June 2006.

Fee for application for approval of employee under Massage Establishments Rules

2. For the purpose of rule 7(3A) of the Massage Establishments Rules (R 1), a fee of $16 shall be payable on an application for approval under rule 7(3) of those Rules.
