(Chapter 206)
Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, RAdm (NS) Lui Tuck Yew, Senior Minister of State, charged with the responsibility of the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 3) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 16th October 2009.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 145, the following item:
