Environmental Protection and Management
(Hazardous Substances) (Amendment No. 2)
Regulations 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 of the Environmental Protection and Management Act, the National Environment Agency, with the approval of the Minister for the Environment and Water Resources, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2014 and shall come into operation on 1 January 2015.
Amendment of regulation 17
2.  Regulation 17(4) of the Environmental Protection and Management (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Rg 4) is amended —
(a)by deleting sub‑paragraph (a) and substituting the following sub‑paragraph:
“(a)a fee of $115 for the issue or renewal of the permit for one year;”; and
(b)by deleting “$20” in sub‑paragraph (b) and substituting “$30”.
