(Gaming Equipment)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 7 October 2019.
Amendment of regulation 11
2.  Regulation 11 of the Casino Control (Gaming Equipment) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 414/2009) is amended by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(1)  For the purposes of section 103(1)(d) of the Act, the number of gaming machines available for gaming in a casino must not exceed —
(a)for the casino operated by Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. — 3,000; and
(b)for the casino operated by Resorts World at Sentosa Pte. Ltd. — 2,500.”.
