Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the Statistics Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Statistics Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Order 2010 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 3rd August 2010.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Statistics Act is amended by deleting the words “Financial Surveillance Division” in item 7 and substituting the words “Financial Studies and Statistics Division”.
