(Chapter 311)
Societies (Amendment) Regulations 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Societies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Societies (Amendment) Regulations 2003 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2003.
Amendment of regulation 11
2.  Regulation 11 of the Societies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting sub-paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) and substituting the following sub-paragraphs:
“
(a) for an online search of a document of a registered society including inspection and extraction of the document
 
$30
(b) for an over-the-counter search in respect of a document of a registered society and inspection of the document
 
$40
(c) for a copy of or extract from the document
 
$5 per page.
”.
