Merchant Shipping Act
(Chapter 179)
Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2004
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 213 of the Merchant Shipping Act, the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2004 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2004.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Part I of the Schedule to the Merchant Shipping (Fees) Regulations (Rg 17) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 5, the following item:
“
6. Issue of Continuous Synopsis Record (CSR) Certificate
$45.
