Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2019

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 28 November 2019.

Amendment of Fifth Schedule

2. The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) (called in these Regulations the principal Regulations) is amended by deleting item 19 (including the map).

Amendment of Ninth Schedule

3. The Ninth Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following items:

“2. Shaded area in Map 2 at Woodlands Avenue 2

MAP 2

3. Shaded area in Map 3 at Canberra Drive

MAP 3

4. Shaded area in Map 4 at Canberra Drive

MAP 4

5. Shaded area in Map 5 at Marina View

MAP 5

6. Shaded area in Map 6 at Kampong Bugis

MAP 6

”.

Amendment of Tenth Schedule

4. The Tenth Schedule to the principal Regulations is amended by inserting, immediately after item 1, the following item:

“2. Shaded area in Map 2 at River Valley Road

”.
