People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2002

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(5)(b) of the People’s Association Act, the Board of Management of the People’s Association hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the People’s Association Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2002 and shall come into operation on 30th December 2002.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the People’s Association Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the heading and substituting the following heading:

“MEMBER ORGANISATIONS”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after item 71, the following item:

“71A. Singapore Youth Flying Club”; and

(c)

by deleting item 82.
