Remote Gambling (Exemption)
(Amendment) Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Remote Gambling Act 2014, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Remote Gambling (Exemption) (Amendment) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 8 December 2017.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  Paragraph 2 of the Remote Gambling (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2017 (G.N. No. S 635/2017) is amended —
(a)by deleting the words “5 January 2018” in the definition of “draw” and substituting the words “9 February 2018”; and
(b)by deleting the words “4 November 2017 to 30 December 2017” in the definition of “promotion” and substituting the words “8 December 2017 to 3 February 2018”.
Amendment of Schedule
3.  Paragraph 6 of the Schedule to the Remote Gambling (Exemption) (No. 3) Order 2017 is amended by deleting the words “6 April 2018” and substituting the words “10 May 2018”.
