Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 1997.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Item 11 of the Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by deleting “$20” in the seventh line of paragraph (b) and substituting “$40”.
