| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Rules are the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2019 and come into operation on 1 July 2019. |
| Amendment of rule 9C |
| 2. Rule 9C(2) of the Road Traffic (Motor Vehicles, Quota System) Rules (R 31) is amended by deleting the words “31 July 2019” in sub‑paragraph (c)(i) and (ii) and substituting in each case the words “31 July 2020”. |
