Telecommunications (Exemption from Sections 33, 34 (1) (b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Telecommunications Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Telecommunications (Exemption from sections 33, 34(1)(b) and 35) (Amendment) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 2nd January 2008.

Amendment of Schedule
