Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders)
(Revocation) Rules 2016
In exercise of the powers conferred on us by section 80 of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act, we, the Rules Committee, make the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders) (Revocation) Rules 2016 and come into operation on 1 January 2017.
Revocation
2.  The Supreme Court (Maintenance Orders) Rules (R 2) are revoked.
