Air Navigation (Aviation Security) (Amendment) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Aviation Security) (Amendment) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 1st May 2007.

Miscellaneous amendments

2. The Air Navigation (Aviation Security) Order 2006 (G.N. No. S 590/2006) is amended —

(a)

by deleting “$5,000” in the following paragraphs and substituting in each case “$10,000”:

Paragraphs 6(5), 7(6), 8(4), 13, 17(5) and 18(5); and

(b)

by deleting “$2,000” in the following paragraphs and substituting in each case “$10,000”:

Paragraphs 19(3) and 20(2).
