Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board)
(Amendment) Regulations 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 110D(7) of the Constitution of the Republic of Singapore, the President hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) (Amendment) Regulations 2012 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st April 2012.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Public Service (Personnel Boards and Appeals Board) Regulations (Rg 3) is amended by inserting, immediately after item (9), the following item:

“(10)

Ms Yong Ying-I”.
