Immigration (Amendment)
Regulations 2011
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration (Amendment) Regulations 2011 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2011.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Immigration Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by deleting item 3 and substituting the following item:
“3.Dependant’s pass — regulation 11
 
Issue of a dependant’s pass
 
$120”.
