(Exemption from Price Control) (Revocation)
Order 2012

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 98 of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore Act 2009, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Exemption from Price Control) (Revocation) Order 2012 and shall come into operation on 1st October 2012.

Revocation

2. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (Exemption from Price Control) Order 2009 (G.N. No. S 312/2009) is revoked.

Made this 22nd day of August 2012.
