Casino Control
(Licensing of Special Employees)
(Amendment) Regulations 2020
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 200 of the Casino Control Act, the Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Home Affairs, makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Casino Control (Licensing of Special Employees) (Amendment) Regulations 2020 and come into operation on 1 September 2020.
Amendment of regulation 12
2.  Regulation 12 of the Casino Control (Licensing of Special Employees) Regulations 2009 (G.N. No. S 415/2009) is amended by deleting paragraph (1) and substituting the following paragraph:
“(1)  The Authority may specify for every licence granted or renewed on or after 1 September 2020 the duration of the licence for a period not exceeding 7 years.”.
