Fees (Land Office and Survey Department) (Amendment) Order 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Fees Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:

1. This Order may be cited as the Fees (Land Office and Survey Department) (Amendment) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1996.

2. Part II of the Schedule to the Fees (Land Office and Survey Department) Order is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$3” and “$1.50” in item 19 and substituting “$5” and “$2.50”, respectively;
(b)	by deleting “$100.00” in item 20 (a) and substituting “$125”;
(c)	by deleting “$200.00” in item 20 (b) and substituting “$250”;
(d)	by deleting “$200.00” in item 20 (c) and substituting “$250”; and
(e)	by deleting “$100.00” in item 20 (d) and substituting “$125”.
