Securities and Futures (Markets)
(Amendment) Regulations 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 45 and 341 of the Securities and Futures Act, the Monetary Authority of Singapore makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Securities and Futures (Markets) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and come into operation on 23 January 2018.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Securities and Futures (Markets) Regulations 2005 (G.N. No. S 367/2005) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 23, the following items:
“24.ICE Endex Markets B.V.
25.Osaka Exchange, Inc.
26.Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.”.
