Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act
(Amendment of Second Schedule)
Notification 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 47 of the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act, the Minister for Law makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification is the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act (Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification 2019 and comes into operation on 8 January 2019.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  The Second Schedule to the Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 57, the following heading and item:
“
Criminal Procedure Code (Cap. 68)
 
57AA.Section 103(5)
Absconding or breaking conditions of bail or personal bond, etc.
”.
