Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act
(Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(a) of the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 28 February 2015.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The First Schedule to the Terrorism (Suppression of Financing) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after paragraph 1, the following paragraph:

“1A. The following individuals:

(a)	Haji Ibrahim B Haji Maidin (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 1 October 1950);
(b)	Alahuddeen bin Abdullah (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 27 May 1967);
(c)	Mohammad Aslam bin Yar Ali Khan (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 19 October 1964);
(d)	Mas Selamat bin Kastari (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 23 January 1961);
(e)	Abd Rahim bin Abdul Rahman (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 19 October 1968);
(f)	Husaini bin Ismail (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 30 December 1958);
(g)	Abdul Basheer s/o Abdul Kader (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 17 October 1978);
(h)	Asyrani bin Hussaini (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 16 May 1989);
(i)	Masyhadi bin Mas Selamat (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 8 January 1989);
(j)	Mohamed Hassan bin Saynudin (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 3 November 1973);
(k)	Muhamad Ali s/o Abdul Rahiman (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 14 January 1965);
(l)	Haja Fakkurudeen Usman Ali (Singapore citizen) (Date of Birth: 30 July 1976).”.
