Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at
Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints)
(Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018
In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34D and 140(1) of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport makes the following Rules:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Rules are the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) (Amendment No. 2) Rules 2018 and come into operation on 1 April 2018.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  Parts III and IV of the Schedule to the Road Traffic (Collection of Toll at Woodlands and Tuas Checkpoints) Rules (R 12) are deleted and the following Parts substituted therefor:
“Part III
   Toll payable at the Tuas Checkpoint for using the Second Crossing to leave Singapore —

Toll payable
 
At or after 5 a.m. but before 10 a.m. of any day, and at or after 3 p.m. but before 11 p.m. of any day
At or after 11 p.m. of any day but before 5 a.m. the next day, and at or after 10 a.m. but before 3 p.m. of any day

(3)Heavy goods vehicles
