Road Traffic
(Expressways — Excluded Vehicles)
(Amendment) Rules 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 114A(1) and 140 of the Road Traffic Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) (Amendment) Rules 2013 and shall come into operation on 29th December 2013.

Amendment of Second Schedule

2. The Second Schedule to the Road Traffic (Expressways — Excluded Vehicles) Rules 2010 (G.N. No. S 647/2010) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 6, the following item:

“6A. Marina Coastal Expressway.”.
