Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act
(Chapter 243)
Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 33 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea Act, the Minister for Transport hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2007.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Composition of Offences) Regulations (Rg 6) is amended by deleting items (b) and (c) and substituting the following items:
“(b)Regulation 9 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Oil) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 685/2006).
(c)Regulation 9 of the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea (Noxious Liquid Substances in Bulk) Regulations 2006 (G.N. No. S 686/2006).”.
