Societies (Amendment) Regulations 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 34 of the Societies Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Societies (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st November 2005.

Amendment of regulation 11

2. Regulation 11 of the Societies Regulations (Rg 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$30” in paragraph (a) and substituting “$40”; and
(b)	by deleting “$40” in paragraph (b) and substituting “$50”. [G.N. Nos. S 578/99; S 366/2003; S 518/2004]
