Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 59 of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st August 2005.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. Part III of the First Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Act is amended by deleting the word “Zolpidem” in paragraph 1.
