Planning Act (Amendment of
Fourth Schedule) Order 2017

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 60A(1) of the Planning Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Planning Act (Amendment of Fourth Schedule) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 30 June 2017.

Amendment of Fourth Schedule

2. Paragraph 2 of the Fourth Schedule to the Planning Act is amended by deleting the words “6 consecutive months” and substituting the words “3 consecutive months”.
