(Miscellaneous Amendments) Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17(1) of the Infectious Diseases Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification is the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 10 June 2020.

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) Notification 2020

2. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 248/2020) is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:

“Declaration of isolation area

2. Each of the following premises of the foreign employee dormitory known as PPT Lodge 1B is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease COVID‑19:

(a)	Block 6, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797445;
(b)	Block 6A, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797446;
(c)	Block 6B, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797447;
(d)	Block 6C, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797448;
(e)	Block 6E, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797450;
(f)	Block 6F, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797451;
(g)	Block 6G, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797452;
(h)	Block 6H, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797453;
(i)	Block 6J, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797454;
(j)	Block 4A, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797603;
(k)	Block 4B, 2 Seletar North Link, Singapore 797604.”.

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 2) Notification 2020

3. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 2) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 249/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (a).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 5) Notification 2020

4. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (No. 5) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 260/2020) is deleted and the following paragraph substituted therefor:

“Declaration of isolation area

2. Each of the following premises of the foreign employee dormitory known as Tampines Dormitory is declared to be an isolation area for the purpose of preventing the spread or possible outbreak of the infectious disease COVID‑19:

(a)	Block 1, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(b)	Block 2, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(c)	Block 3, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(d)	Block 4, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(e)	Block 5, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(f)	Block 6, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;
(g)	Block 7, 2 Tampines Place, Singapore 528821;

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Cochrane Lodge 1) Notification 2020

5. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Cochrane Lodge 1) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 267/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (c).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Cochrane Lodge 2) Notification 2020

6. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Cochrane Lodge 2) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 268/2020) is amended —

(a)	by deleting the semi‑colon at the end of sub‑paragraph (d) and substituting a full‑stop; and
(b)	by deleting sub‑paragraph (e).

Amendment of Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Tuas View Dormitory) Notification 2020

7. Paragraph 2 of the Infectious Diseases (Declaration of Isolation Area) (Tuas View Dormitory) Notification 2020 (G.N. No. S 290/2020) is amended by deleting sub‑paragraph (e).
