Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 77 (2) (a) of the Police Force Act, the Commissioner of Police hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) (Amendment) Notification 1999 and shall come into operation on 1st February 1999.
Amendment of paragraph 2
2.  The Police Force (Charges for Services of Police Officers) Notification (N 3) is amended by renumbering paragraph 2 as sub-paragraph (1) of that paragraph, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following sub-paragraph:
“(2)  The following rates of charges shall be payable for the services of officers of the Gurkha Contingent employed by the Board of Commissioners of Currency, Singapore, Thomas De La Rue and Singapore Mint:
 
Rate per month (calculated on an average of not more than 1751/2 hours of duty per month)
