Designation of Sectors under the Supervision of Sector Administrators (Amendment) Notification 2009
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40B and the definition of “sector” in section 40A of the Charities Act, the Minister for Community Development, Youth and Sports hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Designation of Sectors under the Supervision of Sector Administrators (Amendment) Notification 2009 and shall come into operation on 1st January 2010.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Notification relating to the Designation of Sectors under the Supervision of Sector Administrators (N 3) is amended by deleting item 4.
Made this 30th day of December 2009.
