(Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2)
Order 2011

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) (Amendment No. 2) Order 2011 and shall come into operation on 28th April 2011.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption) (No. 2) Order 2004 (G.N. No. S 507/2004) is amended by deleting the words “The Weekly Pulse” in the first column of item 154 and substituting the words “The Journal to Magnificence”.
