Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Regulation of Imports and Exports Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry hereby makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Regulation of Imports and Exports (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2007 and shall come into operation on 15th June 2007.

Amendment of Seventh Schedule

2. The Seventh Schedule to the Regulation of Imports and Exports Regulations (Rg 1) is amended by numbering the existing paragraph in the second column, against the country “Iran”, as paragraph (1), and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:

“(2) Arms or related material.”.
