Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms)
(Amendment) Rules 1997

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 70 of the Animals and Birds Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) (Amendment) Rules 1997 and shall come into operation on 1st April 1997.

Amendment of rule 7

2. Rule 7 of the Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) Rules (R 3) is amended by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following paragraph:

“(2) The fee for a certified true copy of a licence shall be $6.”.

Amendment of rule 12

3. Rule 12 of the Animals and Birds (Licensing of Farms) Rules is amended by deleting paragraphs (2) and (3).
