Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2008
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2(3) of the Official Secrets Act, the President hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Official Secrets Act (Amendment of Schedule) Notification 2008 and shall come into operation on 2nd April 2008.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Official Secrets Act is amended by inserting, immediately before item 2, the following item:
“1.  Casino Regulatory Authority of Singapore”.
