Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1. These Rules may be cited as the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2000 and shall come into operation on 3rd March 2000.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Endangered Species (Import and Export) (Fees) Rules (R 1) is amended —

(a)	by deleting “$60” in item (5)(a) and substituting “$63”;
(b)	by deleting “$36” in item (6)(a) and substituting “$38”; and
(c)	by deleting “$8” in item (8) and substituting “$8.50”.
