Misuse of Drugs Act
(Chapter 185)
Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1) of the Misuse of Drugs Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1999 and shall come into operation on 9th September 1999.
Amendment of Second Schedule
2.  Paragraph 1 of the Second Schedule to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations (Rg 1, 1999 Ed.) is amended by inserting, immediately below the word “Isomethadone”, the word “Ketamine”.
