(Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3)
Notification 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes Act, the Minister for Health makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.—(1)  This Notification is the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) (Amendment No. 3) Notification 2017 and, except for paragraph 2(b), comes into operation on 3 April 2017.
(2)  Paragraph 2(b) comes into operation on 17 April 2017.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Medical and Elderly Care Endowment Schemes (Approved Institutions) Notification 2016 (G.N. No. S 2/2016) is amended —
(a)by inserting, immediately after item 123, the following item:
“124.  NTUC Health Nursing Home (Geylang East)”; and
(b)by inserting, immediately after item 124, the following item:
“125.  St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (Queenstown)”.
