(Exemption from Part III of Act)
(Amendment No. 4) Order 2013

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 44(1)(b)(ii) of the Newspaper and Printing Presses Act, the Minister for Communications and Information hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. These Order may be cited as the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) (Amendment No. 4) Order 2013 and shall come into operation on 22nd April 2013.

Amendment of Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Newspaper and Printing Presses (Exemption from Part III of Act) Order 2011 (G.N. No. S 403/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 82, the following item:

“83. Julius Baer Asia Research

Bank Julius Baer & Co. Ltd.”.
