Building Control
(Buildability and Productivity)
(Amendment) Regulations 2019
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 49 of the Building Control Act, the Minister for National Development makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into operation on 27 May 2019.
Amendment of Fifth Schedule
2.  The Fifth Schedule to the Building Control (Buildability and Productivity) Regulations 2011 (G.N. No. S 199/2011) is amended by inserting, immediately after item 28, the following items:
“29.  Shaded area in Map 29 at Bernam Street
MAP 29
30.  Shaded area in Map 30 at Dunman Road
MAP 30
31.  Shaded area in Map 31 at Hillview Rise
MAP 31
”.
