Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 1996

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Notification:

1. This Notification may be cited as the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act (Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 1996 and shall come into operation on 29th November 1996.

2. Part I of the First Schedule to the Criminal Law (Temporary Provisions) Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 14, the following item:

“14A. Refuse or waste collection services provided by public waste collector licensees under the Environmental Public Health Act.

[Cap.95.”.]
