Order 2016

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Air Navigation Act, the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, with the approval of the Minister for Transport, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order is the Air Navigation (Amendment No. 2) Order 2016 and comes into operation on 1 October 2016.

Amendment of paragraph 19

2. Paragraph 19(1) of the Air Navigation Order (O 2) is amended by deleting the words “Info‑communications Development Authority of Singapore” in sub‑paragraphs (b) and (d) and substituting in each case the words “Info‑communications Media Development Authority”.
