Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act

Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1999
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Oaths and Fees) Act, the Minister for Foreign Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) (Amendment) Order 1999 and shall be deemed to have come into operation on 25th January 1999.
Amendment of Schedule
2.  The Schedule to the Diplomatic and Consular Officers (Fees) Order (O 1) is amended by inserting, immediately after the word "lost" in item 7 (2) and (16), the words "or damaged".
