Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Third and Fourth Schedules) Order 2007
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 30 of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Finance hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act (Amendment of Third and Fourth Schedules) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 25th July 2007.
Amendment of Third Schedule
2.  The Third Schedule to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act is amended by deleting item 3.
Amendment of Fourth Schedule
3.  The Fourth Schedule to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore Act is amended by deleting item 5.
